Antique Chinese blue and white prunus ginger jar with hand-painted decoration on a cracked ice ground, in the Kangxi style. The jar displays underglaze cobalt with natural tonal variation, uneven interior glazing, and firing characteristics consistent with Qing dynasty production. Likely 19th century or possibly slightly later. Lid not present.
Original oil painting signed by Henri Sandoz (Saint-Imier 1919–1994 Montreux) in 1949 featuring a winter village scene.
Art measures 12" x 15" and is framed with a giltwood frame measuring 15.5" x 18.75".
There are some small chips due to age and wear, as pictured.
A circa 1930's English brass equestrian horse door knocker. It is solid brass and has a horse shoe surround. It is brightly polished English brass and comes with the hanging hardware. It is perfect for the equestrian enthusiast.
